Mama Rosa’s opened in October 2003 and is a family run  independently owned restaurant in Leighton Buzzard. We strive to provide a relaxed dining experience that is centred around freshly prepared authentic Italian food.

Team
Chef and owner Francesco Brescia Inspired by his mother ‘Rosa’ Started working in Italian restaurants locally in the 1970’s. Fanatical about Italian food he gathered experience in the United Kingdom and Italy, before opening Mama Rosa’s restaurant in his home town. Front of house is managed by his wife Jane, and together with other family members they work as a team to maintain high levels of consistency in food and service.

Vision
Mama Rosa’s solid reputation is based on quality food and locally sourced products, local community is extremely important to the team. A warm welcome is always guaranteed, and every dish is prepared from scratch, we use no microwaves, pre prepared or frozen meals.

All our suppliers are premium Italian food specialists. Our meat and vegetables are all supplied locally in Leighton Buzzard.
